Il primo Convegno di studi sul tema “<\/span>LA DISCREZIONALIT\u00c0 CHE CAMBIA: FRA CONCESSIONI E VINCOLI COMUNITARI<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/em>” svoltosi il 2-3- dicembre 2011, presso la CCIAA di Trieste si \u00e8 positivamente concluso.<\/span>

 <\/p>\n

Durante le due giornate di lavori sono stati affrontati gli importanti temi oggetto del convegno che ha visto una numerosa partecipazione sia degli avvocati sia dei rappresentanti delle amministrazioni pubbliche sia dei rappresentati delle categorie produttive interessate alle tematiche sviluppate dai relatori.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

L’Associazione ringrazia nuovamente il Pres. Giuseppe Barbagallo, il Dott. Tiziano Tessaro, il Prof. Leopoldo Coen e il Pres. Carmine Volpe, intervenuti alla prima giornata nonch\u00e9 il Pres. Saverio Corasaniti, il<\/span> Cons. Francesco Gambato Spisani e il Prof. Francesco Volpe, che hanno partecipato alla seconda giornata di approfondimento ed alla cui tavola rotonda hanno dato un significativo contributo gli interventi dell’avv.to Stefano Gattamelata e del dott. Arturo Picciotto del Tribunale Civile di Trieste.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Infine a margine del Convegno, ampia partecipazioni e consensi ha ottenuto la rappresentazione teatrale di C. Goldoni “ L’Avvocato Veneziano", messa in scena presso il suggestivo Ridotto del Verdi di Trieste, introdotta dall’intervento dell’avv. Ivone Cacciavillani.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

L’Associazione<\/span><\/span> ringrazia tutti i coloro che, con la loro partecipazione, hanno <\/span><\/span>reso <\/span><\/span>un  successo questo Convegno.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
